Plain-language information

How we handle
enquiries.

This page explains what you send through the project enquiry form, why Curated Group uses it and the services involved in delivering it.

01

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and project details. Company name is optional. Please do not include passwords, financial details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

02

How it is used

Curated Group uses the information to understand and reply to your enquiry, discuss possible work and keep the related business correspondence. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

03

How it is sent

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam. After validation, the enquiry is sent through Resend to the Curated Group inbox. The current form does not write enquiry content to a website database. Cloudflare, Resend and the relevant email providers process information needed to deliver and protect the enquiry.

04

Retention and requests

Curated Group does not currently publish a fixed retention period. If you want to ask what information is held, request a correction or request deletion, use the project form, choose “Something else” and begin the message with “Privacy request”. Curated Group will assess the request alongside any applicable business or legal record requirements.
